Soilfix is delighted to announce it has successfully secured the contract to undertake demolition and remediation works at the former Ford Dealership and Motor Garage at 259 Plaistow Road, Newham, London, E15.
LocatED, an arms-length property company owned by the Department for Education has appointed Soilfix to demolish the buildings and remediate the site. LocatED is one of the largest purchasers of land across England and is responsible for delivering much needed new schools. A multi-disciplinary team are preparing a planning application for the site which, if approved by Newham Council, will include the delivery of a new secondary school with a sixth form entry and much needed new homes for London.
