Despite enduring one of the wettest Februaries on record, works at our Soilfix site in South-East London are running full steam ahead.

Soilfix are currently implementing a site remediation and development platform preparation strategy on a 6 Hectare site for our client, CALA Homes (South Home Counties).  Following a period of exporting coarse ballast from site that is geotechnically non-compliant for re-engineering purposes, levels are to be built back up to meet the requirements of the clean capping layer and hybrid piling platform for the proposed residential development.

Here’s to hoping some drier weather arrives with March!
