Upon completion of our projects, Soilfix routinely carries out an internal Post-project Review to provide ‘black box’ thinking within the delivery team as to what went well and not so well to provide a learning opportunity for continual improvement before moving straight onto the next job. We also actively engage with our clients to carry out a post-project review so we can understand where we can improve our remediation service on future projects.
