Quality

The company is committed to an ongoing need to:

• Establish, monitor and continuously improve the high standard of professional services offered by the company;
• Ensure the company continually meets the needs of its clients;
• Comply with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements;
• Ensure the company strives to provide the most economical and environmentally sound solution to its clients contaminated land problems;
• Engaging the services of suppliers and sub-contractors who have met the requirements of Soilfix’s procedure for purchasing of goods and services; and,
• Provide documentary evidence to demonstrate that the intended quality of service has been and continues to be achieved.

Soilfix has implemented a Business Management System to which this document remains a part of and which satisfies the requirements of the BS EN ISO 9001: 2015.

This policy statement is copied and explained to all employees and sub-contractors of the company.

Regular internal and external reviews are carried out with the conclusions discussed at management meetings and, where amendments required, discussed with the board of directors prior to implementation, continually ensuring ongoing awareness of the policy and its objectives.

The allocation of duties with regard to quality matters and the particular arrangements made to implement this policy are set out within our Business Management System. All Soilfix personnel understand the requirements of this Quality Policy and abide with the contents of the Business Management System.

Copies of the Quality Policy are made available to all members of staff and to relevant interested parties. Copies of the minutes of Management Reviews, or extracts thereof, are provided to individual members of staff in accordance with their role and responsibilities as a means of communicating the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
