Currently responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental systems across all projects and Soilfix main offices. Undertake regular site inspections to identify any non-conformances and ensure H&S-related events are appropriately recorded and reported to the business. Working to improve systems and deliver HSQE objectives by assisting in the compilation of all H&S documentation. Maintain effective communications and consultation whereby the organisation’s H&S culture is positively influenced. Complete all scheduled internal audits to deliver ISO accreditations.

General super daddy to my three daughters. They are ‘my why’ and the reason I spring out of bed in the mornings! I also love to socialise, play golf and attend live sporting events, such as football and boxing.
