Highly qualified and experienced Project / Contracts Manager with over 34yrs experience in brownfield reclamation, civil engineering and earthworks. This includes site and operational management to Director level.  Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and on budget, meeting and exceeding organisational objectives, expertly managing all aspects of schedule coordination in addition to health, safety and environmental requirements.  Julian is also a member of the Soilfix Senior Operations Team, and mentoring of more junior Project Management Staff.
