Project implementation is carried out by our highly trained and competent Operational Delivery Team, who adopt a professional, collaborative ‘can do’ approach to all of our remediation & enabling works projects.

All projects are routinely audited by our in-house QHSE Manager, supported by external Health & Safety Consultants, to ensure that the highest standards of health, safety & environmental management are maintained.

Each project is assigned a Project Manager who is responsible for the overall delivery of project-specific requirements on programme, on budget with full regulatory sign-off.
