Steve watched with interest the recent #BBC #Panorama Documentary about the UK Government’s pledge to build 1.5million homes during their 5yr parliamentary cycle. However, whilst the documentary covered ‘Green-belt’ and ‘Grey-belt’ land – it left him somewhat disappointed that there was no mention, whatsoever, of the word ‘𝘽𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙣’ when considering land where new homes can be built – even though the environmental, societal (and economic) benefits of pursuing a ‘Brownfield First’ agenda are huge.
