One of Soilfix’s valued clients, Hill Partnership are extremely proud to announce they are donating 200 homes to house homeless people, estimated to cost in excess of £10 million, to commemorate their 20th anniversary. The pledge to help the homeless and provide 200 fully fitted homes, known as Foundation 200, will be delivered through our newly formed charitable trust, Hill Group Foundation, and will help the estimated 103,200 people suffering from core homelessness in London and the South. Hill have introduced their sustainable, efficient and safe modular Solohaus homes, specially designed to be part of the UK’s solution to the homelessness crisis.
Soilfix supported Hill with early contractor involvement (ECI) support on its first Solohaus project at nil cost to determine the most sustainable and cost-effective approach to remediation and enabling works required at the Ermine Road, Tottenham site.
Soilfix successfully completed its works on site during early 2021 and gave its net profit back to Foundation 200 as its charitable contribution to this great cause.
