Soilfix were delighted to get involved in a mental health and wellbeing engagement session as part of the #MakeItVisible Tour, delivered by the #Lighthouse Charity.
The event took place at our Northern Ireland Remediation & Restoration Works project, where the Soilfix site management team organised a full operational stand-down to ensure the whole team could be involved in this powerful engagement opportunity.
A HUGE thank you to Sam and Lee for delivering such a powerful, honest and impactful session. Their openness in sharing their own raw, personal experiences around #mentalhealth challenges and suicide awareness really resonated with everyone.
The Make it Visible initiative aims to raise awareness of #mentalhealth challenges within construction and provide practical support. The session included:

✅Access to free and confidential wellbeing resources.
✅Opportunity for open discussion and networking.
