A suggestion from the Soilfix health and safety committee is to implement a Recognition Scheme that acknowledges exceptional individuals from the company (including Soilfix staff and sub-contractors) who have demonstrated exemplary commitment to health and safety across all Soilfix sites/offices.
We were delighted to receive numerous nominations across the business, which ultimately led to the recognition of 4 team members.

With careful consideration, the winner of a £100 Amazon voucher was Mo from Fulham, with Rick, Darrell and Kim winning a £25 runner-up Amazon voucher in recognition of their nomination.
