Soilfix are proud to announce an exciting initiative for 2023 with the launch of a quarterly Health & Safety Committee.
A key goal of a health & safety committee is to develop a safety culture which is important in the effective management of accident and incident prevention.
Using the opportunity to collaborate with the workforce to influence the Health & Safety Management System, the committee intends to provide a structured
approach to H, S & E consultation for the organisation, both operationally and by evolving its policies and procedures.
These meetings will be face-to-face, with locations varying from regional offices to operational sites to share travelling.

The organisation is excited to get this important initiative off the ground to track current performance, set new standards including H,S & E objectives, ensuring Soilfix employees continue to feel protected and encouraged to speak up. This will help influence the progression of the overall safety culture and the continuous improvements of the safety management system.”
