Manchester, you did not fail to impress as the city of choice last night for the 2023 Brownfield Awards. Soilfix were delighted to sponsor the ‘Best Sustainable Re-Use of Materials’ award and to share the room with so many like-minded and dedicated people from our industry.
Huge congratulations to the category winners: VertaseFLI Limited, Arup, VINCI Construction and Liverpool City Council for their project, Liverpool Festival Gardens.
The Highly Commended award went to EKFB (Eiffage Construction, Kier Group, Ferrovial Construction, and BAM Nuttall), working with their designers ASC (Arcadis, Setec and COWI) for their project, Enabling Sustainable Re-use of 30 million m3 of Excavated Materials on C23 of HS2.
