Great work by the Soilfix project team who continue to make excellent progress on the Dagenham Green Scheme. Having completed over 200,000m3 of site enabling earthworks, materials processing, ground improvement and stabilisation, Soilfix are currently progressing the next package of earthworks at the former Ford stamping tools plant in Dagenham for Hill Partnerships.
The site is being redeveloped by Peabody into the 1,800-unit Dagenham Green development. Works currently ongoing include the excavation of a large storm-water basin and re-profiling surrounding areas to enable landscaping of the Urban Park North area, together with soil processing and establishing a surcharge cell for ground improvement.
Overall, some great progress by the Soilfix team on the Dagenham Green Scheme and much more to come …
